HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!

Hope everyone has a safe and fun 4th of July! We started off our day with the JBLM Down and Dirty 8K Mud Run out on Fort Lewis. What a blast!

That is definitely the best 4th of July race I've heard about! Way to go!

Great blog!
I was going to do that race but decided against it. I was thinking about doing the half marathon in sept but we are moving to Germany about a week before the race. boo!
